Photo Quantity • Real Estate
The quantity of delivered photos will depend on the quantity and size of spaces being shot. If you join me for the shoot we can discuss specifically what imagery you’d like to capture. If I’m shooting in your absence we’ll be using our professional discretion to capture all the imagery necessary to cover the home and property. You can rest assured you’ll receive ample images.
Shoot Duration
Real estate photo or video shoots generally take 1 to 2+ hours to complete, depending on the size of the home, property, and the combination of services requested. The photo capture process includes the use of off-camera lighting, which takes longer to shoot and post-process than a shoot without lighting. Edited Video Duration • Real Estate
Your edited video with background music will generally range from 2 to 3 minutes long depending on the scope of the project and the size of the the home and property. Aerial videos are typically shorter... in the 1 to 2 minute range.
Imagery Turn-Around Time
Imagery turn-around time is dependent on project complexity and the Chickadee Imagery, LLC workload at the time of processing. The goal is to turn-around still photo projects the next day, and video projects within 48 hours.
Expedited Imagery Turn-Around Time
Chickadee Imagery, LLC accepts expedited turn-around requests as scheduling allows. Call 207-607-3972 to see if we can accelerate the processing of your project. If we're positioned to accept the request— we'll let you know what the expedite-charge will be, if applicable.
Imagery Delivery
After payment is received your imagery files are delivered electronically using the Dropbox cloud storage service. You’ll receive a Dropbox link via email for efficient and easy access to your files.
Real Estate Staging
Chickadee Imagery, LLC does not offer staging services and assumes the shoot location is fully staged to the satisfaction of the agent or owner at the time of a scheduled shoot. Maine Sales Tax
Maine residents are required to pay 5.5% sales tax on digital files delivered electronically. Kindly anticipate this tax on your invoice if you reside in Maine.
Payment
Chickadee Imagery, LLC will schedule and carry out your shoot without payment, however, full payment must be received prior to imagery delivery.
You’ll receive a PayPal invoice via email indicating that your imagery has been processed and is ready for you to download. Upon receipt of your payment we'll send you an email containing a Dropbox link for downloading your imagery.
Accepted forms of payment include debit card, credit card, cash, and check.
Service Travel Area
Included in all pricing is 40-mile round-trip travel from the Chickadee Imagery, LLC office in Topsham, Maine— 20 miles out— 20 miles back. Mileage in excess of a 40-mile round-trip will be invoiced at .75 per mile.
Shoot Cancellation
Chickadee Imagery, LLC understands circumstances can change so there are no fees for the occasional postponement. A pattern of client cancellations, however, will likely result in the cessation of the Chickadee Imagery, LLC/client relationship.
Client No-Show
If Chickadee Imagery, LLC waits at a confirmed appointment location for 15 minutes without contact from the client, Chickadee Imagery, LLC will depart the shoot location and the client will be invoiced for ½ the total cost of the shoot or project.
Weather Disruptions
If inclement weather disrupts a scheduled shoot we’ll make every effort to get your shoot rescheduled at the earliest mutual convenience of everyone involved.
