During the twilight hour we’ll capture the homes magical golden glow. The quantity of delivered photos generally ranges between 1 and 5. Twilight photography requires a separate visit to the shoot location. A twilight imagery example appears at the top of the homepage. $175
Reshoots
Seasonal change? Paint color changes? Newly paved driveway? Need a room or two reshot? We’ll return to the property and capture updated imagery. Email by clicking the button below or call 207-607-3972 and describe what you’d like reshot and receive a price quote.
Realtor or Owner Appears In Their Video
At the shoot location the realtor or owner will wear a lapel microphone and be filmed moving through the house describing what is being shown. This is a fantastic way to introduce yourself to potential buyers and highlight key features of the home and property.

Audio Voiceover For Your Video
Add a high definition audio voiceover track to your video. The realtor or homeowner provides Chickadee Imagery, LLC with information about the features of the home and property. Using the provided property details we'll write a script and record a customized voiceover narration track and edit it into your video. Add $125 to any video pricing
Portraits
I'm an easygoing go-with-the-flow-type person so your portrait shoot
will be infused with that energy. Just having some fun and laughs while enjoying our creative time together. We'll put our heads together and come up with a location or two, or three— or, we can stay in the studio—whichever you prefer or whichever your shoot-type dictates. Feel free to bring props and/or clothing changes. Please reserve 3 hours for your shoot. $225

Service Travel Area
Included in all pricing is 40-mile round-trip travel from the Chickadee Imagery, LLC office in Topsham, Maine; 20 miles out— 20 miles back. Mileage in excess of a 40-mile round-trip will be invoiced at .75 per mile.
